Cabana Reservations

Pala Rancho Cabana Club

Thank you for your interest in reserving the Cabana facility at Pala Rancho for your event.

Eligibility

The Cabana Hall is available to:

  • Pala Rancho HOA members in good standing
  • Authorized tenants of HOA members

Tenants must have a completed Release of Use and Liability form from the homeowner.

All users must agree to the Cabana Hall Rental Agreement.

Reservation Fee

  • $525 total, due in full at the time of booking
  • Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before reservation: $500 refund
  • Less than 30 days: non-refundable

Due to scheduling commitments and limited availability, cancellations within 30 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Reservations cannot be directly rescheduled.

To change your date, you must cancel your reservation and submit a new booking, subject to availability. The cancellation policy will apply.

Security Deposit

  • $200 cash-only deposit due at time of access
  • Refundable if keys are returned and all rental conditions are met

Event Hours

  • 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (same day use)
  • Setup, event, and cleanup must all be completed within this time
  • Exceeding this time may result in additional fees

Capacity & Equipment

  • Capacity: 75 persons
  • Tables: 11 (6 ft × 3 ft)
  • Chairs: 60 metal folding chairs

Cleanup & Restrictions

You are responsible for cleaning the facility after use.

Not allowed (no exceptions):

  • Glitter
  • Confetti
  • Balloons containing glitter or confetti

By reserving the Cabana, you acknowledge and agree to all policies.

8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, including setup and cleanup.
